Crown & Coquí was born from a simple observation that every wedding professional on this island has experienced: couples planning destination weddings in Puerto Rico were drowning in fragmented, unreliable information scattered across dozens of websites, blogs, and social media posts. We saw brides panicking at midnight, Googling “how much to tip wedding photographer Puerto Rico” or “do I need a passport to get married in PR,” only to find outdated answers or conflicting advice.

We decided — collectively — to build the resource we all wish had existed.

Between the professionals who contributed to this guide, we've filled every role in the Puerto Rico wedding industry: venue owners, full-service planners, day-of coordinators, floral designers, caterers, officiants, photographers, and more.
